What are some films that overlap criminal drama and science fiction?

I believe Bladerunner is one but what are others? I am writing a prospective movie idea and it deals with drugs and aliens lol? What are you guy's opinions on a story like that which intertwines a drugs and a science fiction theme? Would the film "attack the block" be a kind of movie like this? I haven't seen it so I don't know what it's about but from what I skimmed about it, it's about an inner city alien invasion but done near flawlessly?
