The hairdresser put relaxer all over my hair, not just the new growth, help?

I was transitioning from relaxed hair to natural hair i was about 3 months and decided to relax it, anyways the hairdresser said i had virgin hair and relaxed all my hair i mean even put relaxer on my relaxed hair i had before, but isn't that overlapping the relaxer. How can i save my hair?
