Does this sound like Lichen Planus? Help please.?

Hey everyone. About a year & some months ago, I noticed an unusual lesion/spot on my scrotum. I ignored it thinking maybe it was a shaving bump or something. A while later, I noticed a bump on the tip of my penis, so I made a doctors appointment. After asking if it could be Lichen Planus (I did research before going) my MD said "No, this isn't Lichen Planus". After going to another two doctors (Urologist & Dermatologist) The Urologist said it looked to have been Dermatitis cause by perhaps fabric softener. Well, after that I got a little tired of having three doctors examining my penis, I just gave up. I still have the rash/lesions on my penis. They cause no discomfort other than appearance. I have also gotten similiar lesions over my body (lower back, shoulders) not alot of them, but they're there nonetheless. I also noticed that my crotch area has developed a foul odor since I discovered these lesions. Can Lichen Planus cause an odor? Sometimes, I can even get a whiff of it when standing up going to the bathroom & it makes me very uncomfortable. What if others can pick this smell up? Another thing that's made me very depressed (even suicidal) is I have masturbated ever since I've had this, and I worry the friction caused by this may have made these "Lichen scars" permanent and now I'm going to have them for life. It is totally aweful & I can't take it much longer if you know what I mean. The doctors gave me things like "Hydrocortisone" and "Triamcinolone" but with no success. I am very depressed and would be delighted if someone can give insight/advice. Thank you everyone.
