Tooth aching please help?

ok so i admit i have not taken care of my teeth that well and i have one molar on top af one that it is coming out it stayed that way for som time and didn't bother me but until recently i knew it had to come out so i started shaking it and a few days ago it started to hurt and then i felt a little bump next to my molar and i pushed it with my tongue and some blood came out i never had this sort of thing happen so does anyone know whAT it is and how to cure it i can't go to the dentist for a while and the tooth that hurts is the one that overlaps it
