So I'm 19 and I have had never had a girlfriend, I don't want to keep waiting?

Well I'm not sure what to say if you are the kind of person that waits for a circumstance to arise. Haven't you been waiting for circumstances your whole life? This might be the true reason you haven't had a girlfriend. It won't kill you talk to a girl or introduce yourself to one. A lot of them are nice, and eh...you can forget the mean ones.
