My neighbor keeps piling his dogs' poop on the border of our properties. WHAT DO I DO?!?

Take pictures and call and report his mean, nasty behind. Call the city and they'll advise you about who to call. You may end up having to purchase a privacy fence, even if just for that side, like a wall. Privacy fences can get expensive. Hopefully you can get him for health and enviromental issuses too...
