Problems with a 4 month old German Shepherd puppy!!! HELP!!!?

Obviously you had no idea what you were in for if you thought house breaking would be a "delight". Invest in a crate and crate train your puppy. Take him for several leash walks throughout the day (6 AM or earlier, before school/work, after he eats, naps, or plays) and praise him when he goes. If you have gone for a nice walk (20 minutes or so) and he has not gone, then put him in the crate for 30 minutes and then back out for another walk. Repeat. Enroll in obedience classes. You both can use it.
