My dad read my txt messages, help!!!!?

I fell asleep last night and left my cell phone in the living room, so i wake up this morning and i walk out to the living room and i hear my parents whispering saying we need to reinforce this but lightly. I know they were talking about my txt messages with my boyfriend. Im soo glad i erased most of them, but the ones from yesterday are still there.. Ex... (this one is from my bf),I loved getting to lay nxt to you<3, so i was wondering if nxt time u wud like to overlap and kinda lay on top of me? I said sure. We were also talkin bout what movies we r going 2 watch, and we decided on step up 3, and he said we also have some better plans<3. He also said i cant wait to b alone with u<3. Then he also calls me sexy, and we tell eachother that we love eachother. My parents also said 2 eachother we'll talk about it when we get home. This is getting me soo stressed out and thats not good for me bcuz i have bipolar disorder, and in my bipolar disorder its mostly depression. I have attempted suicide b4 and i get thoughts everyday, and this is just making me feel worse. Im so scared. I know im young, im 13, plz no rude comments. The farthest ive gone with him is second base and im NOT going any further. What should i say to my parents? Im also supposed to go over to his house this week. Plz help:/
