Is this a symptom of hypo/mania? Racing thoughts?

Business and money making ideas. Creating songs and poetry in my head so fast i dont have time to write it down song lyrics going through my head randomly stating facts and movie quotes or scenes from comedys making hundreds of different plans for the future i wouldn't possibly be able to achive all of then as they overlap. Get irritated because i cant concentrate on one thing and if i try to think of my thoughts a munite ago its just impossible. Any help thanks.
