Do you think i'll get braces on the NHS?

I'm a 14 year old boy, In February i went to my dentist to find out if he thought i needed braces he said that he would refer me to an orthodontist which i don't mean if that means i'm going to send you there to see what he thinks, or i'm sending you there because you need them? but anyway he referred me and it was all the way in May when i finally got an appointment to find that my actually appointment was the 28th of June! which means it will have been over 4 Months Just for a check out of my teeth, i was really hoping for braces because i'd really like a good set of teeth, but i don't know if i'm going to qualify To the eye my teeth don't look to bad but i can notice quite Alto of problems i know it isn't easy getting braces free, but just last one a girl from my school that i know came into school with braces one day and i thought she has perfect teeth, so it's really unpredictable i guess! So my teeth my two front teeth are okay However although it isn't visible one tooth slightly tilts to the side and i have a small overlap causing one tooth to appear larger than the other by around a mm, causing when i bite down to have an open bite on the entire right side of the mouth the bottom teeth are okay on one side but on the right side again, threes some crowding and overlapping on around 6 or 7 teeth on the top left side the tooth beside my front tooth is slightly twisted but so slightly that its hardly visible, i really don't know if i will Quality but i thought he open bite might be grounds of qualifying as it isn't a matter off having nice teeth its a matter of ease of using my mouth, by what i have explained to you what do you think?
